8' 6"x20' MAXX-D H5X 5" CHANNEL BUGGY HAULER Flatbed

As the lightest of our three stationary trailers with 102" wide decks, the H5X is perfect for dune buggies and similar vehicles. The H5X features a set of rugged diamond plate drive over fenders that extend the full 102" width of the trailer. This allows you to load your ultra wide vehicles like rock crawlers, specialized equipment, and wide lifted trucks by simply driving over the fenders.

The H5X buggy hauler is also ideal for any users wanting additional deck space and ultra-durable fenders that are highly resistant to damage, especially in rough conditions.

Built on a 5" channel frame, the H5X buggy hauler features 3" channel crossmembers spaced on 16" centers. It also includes front-mounted bullnose D-rings and a full-length stake pocket/rub rail system for plenty of options when tying down your vehicles.

We also included a rear bumper crafted from steel tubing for the ultimate in wiring protection. This style of bumper won't fill with snow and road salt in adverse conditions. As standard, the H5X buggy hauler features a straight deck, but we give you the option to choose from a full variety of ramp options to best suit your needs.

We can manufacture your H5X buggy hauler in a variety of lengths from 16' to 24', all in the ultra wide 102" deck dimension. Standard weights range from 2,300 lbs all the way up to 3,100 lbs, with a 9,990 pound GVWR, giving you a maximum capacity of 7,190 pounds on a 20' trailer.

Like all MAXX-D Trailers, the H5X buggy hauler is finished with our industry-leading powder coating process. Six different steps all work together to give your trailer a premium powder-coated steel surface with unmatched durability.
